Review
Moon Called
is a fun and fast-paced urban fantasy that is as compulsively readable as it is
exciting, with edge-of-your-seat action, slight romance, and an enticing
mystery it's a story that's highly bingeable.
In Moon
Called, Mercy Thompson is a self-sufficient badass femme fatale who runs a
garage as a mechanic; she's also a coyote shifter. When her neighbor, sexy
werewolf Adam is attacked, she sets off to save him and figure out whose behind
it.
Mercy is a
lovable and interesting female lead. She's tough but has a lot of heart and
fights hard for those she cares about. She has a complicated and interesting
past. She always does what's right, even when it's a struggle. I enjoyed the
interesting and varied personalities of the other characters and the chemistry
she had with the male lead, Adam.
If you're
looking for a fun urban fantasy, this is not to be missed. If you like strong
female leads, then add this to your tbr immediately.
